Fascinated by every kind of rhythmic musics since always, Joli Dragon bought her first turntables in 1995. Autodidact, she started performing under the name of Miss Naive, mixing dance music, groove and funk for student parties. Later changing to house music, she played in some fashionable clubs and parties of her region. In the late 90's Miss Naïve became Miss Joli Dragon, a wink to a cute and kitsch track of a french producer called "le Tone" : her style broadened to techno and and her taste for travelling brought her to live and to play around the world, from Ibiza to Tokyo, from Burlington to Montreal.
In 2004, back on the French Riviera and back to a softer sound, she got a residency at Minimal Club where she played a sensual and funky electro house music nearby guests like Alex Kid, Da Fresh, Fabrice Lig, Llorca, Fafa Monteco or Technasia. More requested she went a first time to China for a Space Ibiza Tour during the summer 2005 and became resident in the biggest Chinese cities. According to her public, her electro sets can be more melodic and in this spirit she produced "Bi-polaire" with Kiko (International Deejays Gigolo, Hot Banana, Goodlife...), track released in September 2006 on the label M Convene from JD Davis. Today Joli Dragon flies several times to China , Germany , Belgium , Italy , Morocco and Portugal for some rockin events.
She gives her best to be loved as an artist and not as another blond female behind the decks. Her main goal is to spread her sound around the world and she works for this, on her own productions. Joli Dragon creates in May 2007 her own label "Bleenchic" with Muza Yakuza and Edgar Klein, and her track "Magic Cucumber" will be released in June 2007 on the compilation "Djette" from Falco Music.
